- Agile-Pro Form
- Spice+ MOA

- Spice+ Part B
- INC-9
- INC-9 is declaration by all subscribers and First Directors of the Company
- Except affixing DSC, including pre-scrutiny to be done in the webform.
- After filling the web forms submit in the MCA portal and download relevant forms and affix DSC’s.
- After due verification upload the forms to the MCA portal in the following sequence
- Spice+ Part B
- Spice+ MOA
- Spice+ AOA
- Agile-pro Form
- INC-9
- The following services will get once company get incorporated
- Incorporation Certificate CIN
- PAN
- TAN
- EPFO Registration
- ESIC Registration
- Bank Account
- GSTIN (If Applied)
- DIN’S
